Twenty minutes. No pitch.
You leave with something you can use tomorrow.
A free strategy call with Chad, someone who has lived the spiral and learned how to shut it down. We map the two or three patterns costing you the most right now, and you walk away with a next step whether we ever work together or not.
Here is exactly how the twenty minutes go
We start with where you are. Not your diagnosis, your day. Where it falls apart, what it costs you, and what you have already tried that did not stick.
Then we find the pattern. Most people can name the symptom (procrastination, forgetting, the 2am replay). Fewer can see the moment right before it, where the state shifts and The Narrator takes the wheel. That moment is what we look for, because that is the part that can be trained.
You leave with one move. A single, specific thing to do this week that fits your real life. Not a planner. Not a productivity app. One move.
If working together makes sense, I will tell you what that looks like and what it costs, and you can think about it. If it does not make sense, I will tell you that too, and point you at the best next step, even if it is not mine.
This is a good use of twenty minutes if:
You are a working adult with ADHD who looks fine on the outside and is exhausted keeping it that way. You know what to do. Doing it consistently is the problem. You have tried the apps, the planners, and the advice, and you are tired of starting over.
You want a straight conversation with someone who has been where you are, not a sales script.
It is probably not the right call if you are looking for a diagnosis, a prescription, or a promise that ADHD disappears. This is coaching, not treatment. If you are working with a therapist or prescriber, everything I do is built to sit alongside that, never replace it.
Why is it free?
Because I remember how many people wanted my money before they wanted to understand my problem. I would rather earn the right to work with you.
Some people book this call and end up in the on demand course. Some go into private coaching. Some take the one move and run with it and I never hear from them again, and that is a win too. You do not owe me anything for showing up.
Gavyn C., Sales Executive “Before working with Chad, my biggest struggle was constantly being distracted by easy and quick dopamine hits. Since starting, I’ve developed a completely different outlook on life.”
One decision. Twenty minutes.
You have believed The Narrator for long enough. Booking a call is not a commitment to anything except finding out what is actually going on. Thank you for considering it. That alone tells me you are closer to ready than you think.
